The Shirt slips on and is cut for a relaxed fit. Take your normal size for a slightly oversized look, or size down for something more fitted.

Care:

We know you’re busy, we made these pieces for busy women who don’t have time to fuss with their clothes. But, we also know this shirt was an investment and want it to last a really long time for you. This is how we recommend you care for your new Boldt Darsey purchase to ensure you can wear it for years to come. 

If you don't have a spare second, we get it! You can have the piece dry cleaned.

If you’d like to keep the silk extra soft, here is our preferred method:

Fill your sink with cold water, add the garment. Add a teaspoon of detergent, we use this one.

Swish the item around in the sink for 3-5 minutes, don’t let the piece soak. 

Rinse your garment out under cold running water. 

Fill the sink with cold water again, add a teaspoon of fabric softener, we use this one.

Swish the piece around for 1-2 minutes. 

Rinse your garment out under cold running water.

Gently press out excess water, but never ring or squeeze too hard. 

Lay piece flat on a towel to dry.

When the garment is still damp, use a warm iron to press. 


Don’t have time to iron? We use a silk with a natural texture that looks beautiful whether ironed, air-dried or steamed. Silk crepe de chine is a natural fiber that breathes really well, dries quickly and doesn’t hold onto odors.
